Learn about wild edible plants
In this workshop you will learn about wild edible plants. We smell, feel and taste our way through what we find in nature. Old knowledge in a new package is the basis for our workshop, which means that you as a participant can feel safe to use and explore nature's pantry. We give tips on different ways to preserve and enrich the tastes of nature all year round, but with a focus on the flora that is represented at the place, and in the season in which the course is conducted. We have good experience and interest in making wild plants taste as good as possible and are inspired by using plants in an innovative way. Although we have extensive knowledge of the use of wild plants for survival purposes, in this course it is taste over nutritional value that is in focus.

This course is led by me, Linus Palmqvist and I am a part of Naturens Hemligheter. I have a background as a scout leader and teacher in outdoor education with over 20 years of experience in outdoor life. For the past 10 years, I have focused in what is edible in nature and how to make it taste as good as possible. I am inspired by using wild plants in an innovative way.
