Health hike in the noble leaf forest with luxurious coffee
Treat yourself to a break and top up your fitness account. We do the health walk at a leisurely pace in the fabulous surroundings around the Röstånga mill. The guide Britta Levin leads you on the walk from the farm, past the old mill pond, through pastures and beech forest. During the walk, we will stop at different places and talk about how nature affects us in different ways. You can share your own experiences and thoughts if you want, but it's also fine to just listen and participate in the way you feel safe. At some point during the walk, you will have the opportunity to sit quietly for a while to yourself in a place of your choice. Just sitting with yourself without doing anything in particular and without getting stuck in your thoughts is an art. Here you get a chance to practice. Call it mindfulness, meditation or stump sitting. The point is that you get the time and space to let nature help you become present. After the hike of about 1.5 hours, you gather in one of the premises on the farm. There the table is beautifully set with vintage porcelain and flowers and you are served luxurious coffee from one of our selected local producers. If the weather permits, we set up outside next to the Lilla Bäljane ridge that flows by. It will be a nice end to your activity together. This activity can be done all year round, just adjust the clothes and shoes and you'll be fine. About the guide: Britta Levin is basically a conservation biologist and has a great interest in guiding other people out into nature. She is a certified nature guide and has worked with guiding in e.g. Söderåsen National Park. After an education in environmental psychology at SLU, the desire to work more with the healing effects of nature deepened. She also has her own experiences of how gardening and nature have helped her during tough periods in her life.

My name is Britta Levin, who runs the company and I am a flower grower, creator and nature guide. I mostly stay at the old mill yard Röstånga mill outside the village of Röstånga at the foot of Söderåsen, central Scania. I am passionate about offering time and space for creation close to nature and to be more in the heart and less in the brain. I am basically a conservation biologist but have changed my path and now work more down-to-earth and creative and I love my job. I offer courses and workshops in, for example, flower arranging and from time to time I open up my cut flower cultivation for self-picking. Since I am also a nature guide and want to contribute to promoting people's contact with nature and themselves, I can also hold guided tours and workshops on e.g. a natural area or natural theme. My flowers are suitable for the conscious person who likes natural, unique and luxurious flowers.
